The main goal, according to the ABG – importance to be aware and to think ahead about their career planning and the role of their research in it.
After the training course, the fellows are able to:
- understand the cornerstones of career development and the importance of career planning
- test methods and tools to define or refine their career goals
- identify the main milestones of their doctoral experience to conduct it as an experience of project management

Meanwhile, during the midterm review of the programme on January 24th 2020, 10 fellows had presented their research projects, previous background, possible career impact after the project and the training courses they attended as fellows of UPtoPARIS programme. All of the PhD fellow are very satisfied of this programme.
